Tamanna Happy About Having No Stardom In OTT!

Thanks to the lockdown, the OTT platforms have attracted a lot of people with their fresh and interesting content. Their market in India grew drastically in the past year or two and many big-screen stars are slowly taking the OTT route as they see a huge potential in the digital world.

One of the major assets of OTT content is that there is no scope for heroism or pleasing the masses or catering to the actor's image as content becomes the hero. It is the story and narration that grab the interest of the audience in online streaming services. Star actress Tamannaah Bhatia feels the same too.

She said that the stardom reduced a lot in South India due to the OTT platforms and it is way different from how things were 7-8 years back. She states that trend keeps changing constantly in the digital medium and you need to give your best every time in order to stay relevant. She claims that the concept of hero's image or heroine is not there is OTT and all we have are protagonists and antagonists.

Tamanna already acted in two web series. She did '11th Hour' on Aha and 'November Story' for Disney Hotstar. She is getting more offers on OTT platforms lately.
