Will Nani & Co Trim 'Ante Sundaraniki'!

Update: 2022-06-11 06:36 GMT
Natural star Nani's latest release 'Ante Sundaraniki' is running in theatres successfully with a universal positive talk. People are singing laurels on Nani's splendid performance and Vivek Athreya's skillful writing. The team gave a fresh treatment to a regular story and made it worth watching with entertaining scenes and twists all over.

The film has a lot of positives but there is only one complaint about it. 'Ante Sundaraniki' is just three minutes short of three hours. Romantic comedies are usually crisp with a runtime below two and a half hours. But Nani's film is almost three hours and despite giving importance to the story, the audience felt that the first half is a bit slow and may test the patience of the audience.

There were rumors about the film's team getting divided over the runtime. Reports suggest that a few wanted to trim the movie while others wanted to keep the film as it is as cutting will lead to a lot of touching scenes getting missed. After a lot of discussion, the team decided to go ahead with three hours runtime. With a lot of audiences feeling the same way regarding the lengthy runtime, the movie's makers are reportedly in a bit of a dilemma. We need to see if Vivek Athreya and Nani decided to shorten the runtime by 20 minutes as per sources or not.

Nani played the role of a Brahmin guy in the film while heroine Nazriya was seen as a Christian girl Leela Thomas. Naresh, Rohini, Nadiya, Harshavardhan, Prudhvi, Rahul Ramakrishna and many others played key roles in this movie. Niketh is the cinematographer while Vivek Sagar provided the music. Mythri Movie Makers bankrolled this project which was released in Tamil and Malayalam too.
