Fauzi Effect: #NBK111 Plans Getting Changed

Earlier, we already knew that next Sankranti, the 2027 January, is blocked by the likes of Chiranjeevi’s next being directed by KS Bobby and Venkatesh’s next that has Anil Ravipudi directing it. With those biggies already laying hands on the much hyped holiday season, the likes of Nandamuri Balakrishna’s next are thinking about hitting cinemas in December itself, a good season that gave him blockbusters earlier. However, those plans are now changing.

While #NBK111 was supposedly planning a first week of December release, Prabhas’ Fauzi suddenly came into the picture, as the makers of the film announced December 3rd as the release date the other day. Now that #NBK111 is produced by Peddhi fame Vriddhi Cinemas, whose good friends Mythri Movie Makers are carving out Fauzi, it’s likely that Balayya’s film will get another good date. And that would be Sankranti 2027, many trade pundits assume.

Though Nagarjuna Akkineni is also thinking about locking the Sankranti date, for his supposed sequel of Soggade Chinni Nayana and Bangarraju, that film was called off. While his 100th film will stand in the Sankranthi race or not is yet to be known, somehow #NBK111 might emerge as a Sankranthi contender, is the talk.

Anyway, until these films get wrapped and censored, no clarity stays in the Sankranthi race, while #VenkyAnil is the only confirmed movie so far, because everyone knows Anil Ravipudi’s timing, planning, execution and release capabilities.
