Balayya Starts 2nd Innings: What Next?

Not too long ago, Nandamuri Balakrishna was in a very lean phase of his career with consecutive disasters to his name. However, things have changed drastically now, and Nandamuri Balakrishna is one of the most celebrated senior stars in Tollywood now.

Balayya addressed this makeshift stage of his career as he called this the second innings of his professional life.

Balakrishna said he does understand the fact that he faced negativity and trolls back in the day for making poor films, but added that he does not care too much about this. “I don’t care too much about the negative talks surrounding me. I just keep doing my work and it is up to the audience to encourage a film.”

Balakrishna said he takes great inspiration from his late father, senior NTR, who still stands as one of the hallmark personalities of Telugu Cinema. He said NTR inspired him in so many ways that he can’t even list them out.

With consecutive success in recent years, Balakrishna is now hoping to hit it big with his upcoming Sankranti special film Daaku Maharaj. This is the costliest film in Balayya’s career by some distance, and it has been sold for high prices as well. In accordance, this film must now set the box office on absolute fire this festival season.

Softlight Balayya’s career trajectory has been on an upward rise with consecutive successes. The responsibility is now and Balayya to keep this momentum going and hit it further big in the due course.
