'Emergency' Trailer: Kangana Shines As Indira In A Controversial Flick!

Multiple National Award winner Kangana Ranaut is an actress who never shies away from speaking her mind. Apart from being in the headlines for all the wrong reasons, Kangana often comes up with hard-hitting films where she wins the hearts of audience with her performances. The present BJP MP has produced, written and directed 'Emergency' which is all set to hit the screens on 6th September.

The teaser and posters came out last year but the film is finally coming out in September 2024. There are decent expectations on this movie and the trailer has arrived. As the title suggests, the movie talks about India's first woman Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. Kangana plays the powerful lady's role. 'Emergency' showcases the challenges faced by Indira Gandhi during the time when she implements 'Emergency' in the country.

The inner conflicts, the agitation in the country, the scandals and everything seems to be covered in this trailer. Kangana impersonates Indira Gandhi perfectly and the strong supporting cast did a great job too. The production values and sets seem quite good and the trailer is well packaged as it covers all the controversial elements that a political enthusiast would like to see. Kangana is producing the film under Manikarnika Films banner while she provided the story and did the direction. Ritesh Shah has penned the screenplay and dialogues.
