IIFA Utsavam 2024 Winners: A Night of Glitz and Glamour in Abu Dhabi

The IIFA Utsavam 2024, a grand celebration of South Indian cinema, took place in Abu Dhabi, showcasing the finest talent from Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada industries, along with Bollywood stars. The event was filled with glamour and excitement as top artists were honored for their exceptional work.


Aishwarya Rai won the Best Actress award for her stellar performance in Ponniyin Selvan: II, while Vikram took home the Best Actor award for the same film. Director Mani Ratnam was recognized with the Best Director award for his remarkable work on Ponniyin Selvan: II, and AR Rahman received the Best Music Direction award for his compositions in the film.


The event also celebrated talent from other industries. Nani won Best Actor (Telugu) for his performance in Dasara, while Chiranjeevi was honored with the Outstanding Achievement in Indian Cinema award. The Golden Legacy Award went to veteran Telugu actor Nandamuri Balakrishna, and Samantha Ruth Prabhu was named Woman of the Year in Indian Cinema.


Other notable winners included SJ Suryah, who won Best Negative Role (Tamil) for Mark Antony, and Shine Tom Chacko, who earned the same category award in Telugu for Dasara.


The three-day event concluded on September 29 with the IIFA Rocks show, featuring live performances by artists like Honey Singh, Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, and Shilpa Rao. The event was a grand celebration of Indian cinema, filled with unforgettable moments and well-deserved recognition.
