OG Overshadowed HHVM? What Did Director Say?

Andhra Pradesh, deputy chief minister, Pawan Kalyan is going to have not one, but two new theatrical films in 2025. Both of his upcoming films Hari Hara Veera Mallu and OG are preparing for release on July 24, and September 25, respectively.

Director Jyothi Krishna, who is currently working on Hari Hara Veera Mallu (HHVM), shared his thoughts on the massive buzz around Pawan Kalyan’s other film, OG. He admitted that OG has more hype right now, especially among fans and film distributors. One of the main reasons is that OG is releasing soon, and its teaser and promos have created a lot of excitement.

HHVM, on the other hand, started production four years ago. Due to the pandemic, changes in the director, and several delays, the film lost some of its early buzz.

Jyothi Krishna took over the project after the original director Krish moved on. He said he is a big fan of Pawan Kalyan and stepped in to finish the film with the support of producer AM Rathnam.

Even though OG is getting more attention, Jyothi Krishna believes that both films will do well. HHVM is now set to release on July 24, and the recent trailer has received a great response online. He hopes that fans will support both movies and enjoy seeing Pawan Kalyan in two very different roles.
