So, Akhanda 2 is out, and fans are loving it. Reviews are positive, and the villain, played by Aadhi Pinisetty, is getting a lot of attention. That sorcerer look? Seriously creepy, and the performance is giving people chills.

Here’s the twist though, Aadhi wasn’t supposed to do this role. Director Boyapati Srinu first went to Manchu Manoj. He even narrated the story. But Manoj was swamped with other projects and had to say no. A few other actors were approached too, but nothing clicked. And that’s when Aadhi jumped in. Friends and close associates apparently pushed him a bit, he read the script… and just like that, he was in.

Aadhi isn’t new to this. Remember Sarrainodu? Same director, same hero, he nailed the villain then, too. And now, in Akhanda 2, he’s back at it, making the audience squirm in their seats. Clearly, a strong villain is as important as the hero here.

Meanwhile, Manchu Manoj hasn’t disappeared from the villain game. He recently stunned everyone in the action-fantasy Mirai, which collected nearly 150 crores. His performance got big applause, proving he’s just as deadly when he wants to be.

So yeah, Akhanda 2 is working because of Balayya’s star power, but also because the villains aren’t just filler. They steal scenes, make the story pop, and keep you glued. Aadhi did that. And maybe, just maybe, Manoj would’ve done it too…
