The final quarter of 2024 is set to be a blockbuster bonanza for Tollywood as a slew of highly anticipated films are scheduled for release in December and January. After a relatively quiet period with only one and a half films each in September, October, and November, the theaters will be ablaze with activity.

December will kick off the festive season with the much-awaited release of Allu Arjun's "Pushpa 2." The film's premiere is expected to create a pre-festival buzz, followed closely by Ram Charan's "Game Changer" a couple of weeks later. Director Shankar's "Game Changer" is generating considerable anticipation, and there are rumors that it will be a commercial extravaganza.

The Sankranti festival, which falls in January, will witness a clash of titans as three senior heroes vie for box office supremacy. Megastar Chiranjeevi's "Vishwambhara," produced by UV Creations, is a pan-Indian project that promises to be a major attraction. Nandamuri Balakrishna's "#NBK109," directed by Bobby, is another highly anticipated Sankranti release. Additionally, Victory Venkatesh's "Dil Raju" film, directed by Anil Ravipudi, is also set to hit theaters during the festival.

While the sentimental hero, Nagarjuna, is not releasing a solo film this Sankranti, there's a possibility that his family's production house, Yuvi, might release Chaitanya Akkineni's "Thandel" during the festive season. However, with Geetha Arts already gearing up for the Megastar's "Vishwambhara," it remains uncertain whether they will produce another film for Sankranti.

Overall, the December-January period promises to be a thrilling time for Tollywood fans as they eagerly await the release of these highly anticipated films. With so many big-budget projects lined up, the box office is sure to be ablaze with excitement.
