Veteran Telugu actor Nandamuri Balakrishna is currently under medical observation after suffering a knee injury during the shooting of his upcoming film NBK 111. The accident happened while the team was filming a high-action sequence near the Kakinada Port area. Reports say Balakrishna slipped and injured his left knee during the shoot.

Soon after the accident, he was taken to a nearby hospital where doctors gave him first aid. Later, he was shifted to AIG Hospitals in Hyderabad for further medical tests and advanced treatment. The hospital has now released an official health bulletin explaining his current condition.
