Talented Young Actress Signs Niharika Konidela–Sangeeth Shobhan’s Film

Actress-Producer Niharika Konidela joined forces with popular young actor Sangeeth Shobhan for her second production outing. Debutante Manasa Sharma is helming the project. This untitled film was announced recently, and now, the makers have announced that Nayan Sarika will be playing the female lead in the project.

For the unversed, it was Niharika's Pink Elephant Pictures that introduced Nayan in Telugu with the web series Hello World (ZEE5) and Bench Life (Sony LIV). Now, she is set to collaborate with her lucky banner for a feature film. In 2024, Nayan appeared in popular Telugu films, Aay, Ka and Gam Gam Ganesha.

Niharika ventured into film production last year with the rural drama, Committee Kurrollu. Directed by Yadu Vamshi, this small film went on to become a huge success at the box office, giving a solid platform to the young director and the new cast. Recently, it also won two prestigious Telangana Gaddar Film Awards. Now, Niharika is aiming to continue her success with this new film. Reportedly, she is aiming to deliver hits by producing new-age content which appeals to all sections of the audience.

Meanwhile, this movie also marks second collaboration between Niharika and Sangeeth. Earlier, Sangeeth played lead role in ZEE5's web series Oka Chinna Family Story, which was bankrolled by Niharika. Manasa Sharma served as the writer for that series.

Vennela Kishore, Brahmaji, Tanikella Bharani, Ashish Vidyarthi, Getup Srinu, Sukwinder Singh, Aruna Bhikshu and others will be seen in important characters of this movie. Anudeep Dev, who delivered super hit music for Committee Kurrollu, has teamed up with Niharika once again to score tunes for this film. Mahesh Uppala has co-written the script of this movie along with director Manasa Sharma.
