The highly anticipated release of Nandamuri Balakrishna's film NBK 109 has been officially confirmed for Sankranthi 2025. Directed by Bobby Kolli, the film will feature Balakrishna in a stylish action-packed role. Fans have been eagerly waiting for updates on this film, and on the occasion of Vijayadashami, the makers finally made the announcement through a captivating poster. The poster shows Balakrishna's silhouette on horseback, with a promise of releasing the title teaser on Diwali 2024.

Interestingly, NBK 109 is set to clash with Ram Charan’s Game Changer at the box office during the festive season. Game Changer, directed by Shankar, is scheduled to hit theaters on January 10, 2025. Initially, NBK 109 was expected to compete with Chiranjeevi's Vishwambhara, but the latter's release has been postponed, setting the stage for a major clash between Balakrishna and Ram Charan's films.

NBK 109 will feature Bobby Deol as the antagonist, adding more excitement to the project. Shine Tom Chacko from Malayalam cinema also has a significant role in the film. Produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya under Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinema, the movie is presented by Srikara Studios. Netflix has acquired the OTT rights, ensuring the film reaches a wider audience after its theatrical run.

With two major films releasing during Sankranthi, fans can expect an epic box office battle in 2025. Both NBK 109 and Game Changer promise to be action-packed spectacles that will entertain audiences.
