That hand belongs to Ravi Antony, who may not be well-known to many but is currently gaining recognition for his contributions as both a writer and an actor. Antony's portrayal of a character in the film MAD, wielding a tube light, particularly stood out and added to the entertainment value. That particular guy was Ravi Antony who helped in writing the Tillu Square script.
