It's a well-known fact that the mega family has introduced many heroes to Tollywood. Whether they succeed or not, they have been making films, and this has been a topic of discussion in Tollywood for a long time. Some people call it nepotism and criticize it as a cricket team, while others see it as their talent. However, Varun Tej has now shared his thoughts on the Mega heroes.

Mega Prince Varun Tej recently finished filming 'Operation Valentine' and is now busy promoting the film. During the India vs. New Zealand cricket match, Varun Tej appeared in the commentary box on Star Sports Telugu. During this, he openly acknowledged that many people often refer to the Mega family as a cricket team.

It is true that many people on social media call the Mega family a cricket team because numerous individuals have entered the film industry under the influence of Megastar Chiranjeevi. On a lighter note, Varun openly accepted this and also revealed his passion for sports, especially cricket.

"People often jokingly call us a cricket team. We are more than happy to attend a cricket match. I'll bring Charan, Bunny, Sirish, and Tej with me," said Varun Tej.

After Chiranjeevi, his brothers Naga Babu and Pawan Kalyan also pursued acting. In later years, Chiranjeevi's nephew Allu Arjun made his acting debut, followed by Chiranjeevi's son Ram Charan. Naga Babu's children, Varun Tej and Niharika, also entered the film industry. Chiru's other two nephews, Sai Dharam Tej and Vaisshnav Tej, are also involved in acting, along with Allu Arjun's brother Sirish. Chiranjeevi's former son-in-law Kalyan Dhev also acted in a couple of movies.
