Mokshagna’s Debut: The Longest Waiting Game Ever

Every star kid launch creates curiosity. Whether it is Mahesh Babu in the 90s to Ram Charan in the 2000s, or that of Jr NTR and Allu Arjun, every time there is huge anticipation and high. But never mystery. However, if one debut has generated much suspense, discussion, and fear-of-missing-out among movie lovers, it is none other than Nandamuri Mokshagna’s entry into films.

For years now, Nandamuri Balakrishna has been promising fans that his son’s debut is just around the corner. Every few months, a new update emerges. A director's name gets linked. A launch date gets discussed. A fresh rumour starts doing the rounds. But still, the said project officially never takes off. What should have been a straightforward star launch has now become one of the most prolonged waiting games in Telugu cinema.

The latest round of discussion began after a family photograph from Balakrishna’s 66th birthday celebrations went viral. Standing alongside Nara Lokesh, Nara Brahmani, and his mother, Vasundhara Devi, Mokshagna appeared very fit, sharper, and completely ready for the big screen. Earlier, he was a bit out of shape, so fans had some fears, but now that he’s completely in perfect shape, many are wondering when his debut film will be launched. From Anil Ravipudi to Boyapati Sreenu to many other directors, rumours were heard that they would launch Mokshagna.

With Mokshagna already touching 31 years of age, fans feel that he’s already late by a decade, and his entry should have happened already by now. Hope Balakrishna is listening to the appeal and takes charge soon.
