A Good News for Indians with H1-B Visas!

After Donald Trump got elected as the new President of America, Indian Software Professionals were concerned about the US Immigration Laws. The Real Estate Tycoon pledged to make America great again by creating employment opportunities for its citizens first. He also promised to implement must stricter Immigration Laws to cut down Immigrants or Refugees.

Until now, Indians who obtained H1-B visas weren't permitted to be in USA after the expiry date. Trump's aggressive poll campaign worried the Indians even more.

However, The situation got only better after Trump's historic victory. Indians were allowed to stay in the country for 60 days after the termination of H1-B visas. They could even go in search of a new job in these two months.

H1-B Visa Holders life-partners who arrive to US on H4 visa needn't worry about the expiry date anymore. These new rules will come into effect from January 17th, 2016.
