A State CM fined for not wearing a helmet

The word Traffic rules have become a danger sign for the people. Traffic rules are made more strict nowadays, and people are facing heavy penalties on their vehicles. Some people are not using vehicles after the new penalties came and some are following the rules.

The reason behind why we are talking about penalties is, a state CM fined for not wearing a helmet and this incident happened in Puducherry. The state CM Narayanasamy has done a poll campaign in a two-wheeler vehicle and this was posted on social media. This pic became viral and netizens took it on social media and started asking the rules are only meant for common people? And rules don't affect CM?

Lieutenant Governor of Puducherry Kiran Bedi, posted a photo on Twitter, Charged Narayanasamy and other functionaries of the ruling Congress with violating the Motor Vehicle Act by not wearing helmets during the motorbike rally on the last day of the campaign.

Ms Kiran Bedi requested Puducherry Director General Police Balaji Srivastava to take legal action against defaulters and a directive of the Madras High Court and Supreme Court in this regard.

Later, Chief Minister posted on Twitter, sharing Ms Kiran Bedi was riding pavilion on a scooter without wearing a helmet, on the night of August 19, 2017. The chief Minister asked Ms Kiran Bedi practice before you preach..
