Update: 2017-01-07 09:54 GMT
There is an interesting situation prevailing in AP. Two highly anticipated films of big stars are releasing in the Sankranthi season.. those films are considered to be the test of their personal image stamina at the box office.  So the situation is tensed. Common audience are eagerly waiting for the films but the behavior of respective fans is totally different. Fans of the star heros are taking the prestegious films too personally and this lead to a sensitive situation.

Each group is trying to prove their dominance over other. Another notable aspect is that this situation is preavailing in AP but not in Telangana. Balakrishna's 100th film 'Gautami Putra Shatakarni'.. Chiranjeevi's 150th film Khaidi No.150 are slated for release in Sankranthi. There are predictions that the hungama of these fans is going to be at its peaks at the time of release. Some opine that social, political background of these two heroes are going to play a major role, in the 'fandom' and mad actions of these fans.

Tthe same thing has become a headache for AP Police department. They are worried how to handle the situation if the fans cross their limits in showing thier affection towards their favorite star.  That might be the reason AP Police boss gave a strict warning to all the fans.  He warned that if the fans cross their limits, they are going to take strict action on them.  Tearing and removing other heros banner and posters will be dealt strictly.   Netizens who post irresponsible messages in the social media also will be dealt seriously.

AP DGP convened a meeting with district police heads and reviewed the situation just before the release of the two Sankranthi biggies. DGP reviewing the situation of repurcussions after the release of the two big films is not a small thing.. it shows the seriousness of the issue.
