The second worst-affected state in the country Andhra Pradesh continues to fear the ongoing pandemic as the state yet again reported over 10,000 fresh pandemic cases in a single day.
In the last 24 hours, Andhra Pradesh reported as many as 10,199 fresh Coronavirus cases taking the toll of the total cases to 4,65,730. AP straightaway reported over 10,000 fresh cases for the eighth consecutive day.
According to the information provided by the health bulletin, 75 patients succumbed to the contagious disease in a single day, and the total casualties in connection with the virus mounted to 4,200.
On a brighter note, Andhra Pradesh reported near 10,000 recoveries with 9,499 taking the total recoveries of the contagious disease to 3,57,829. The active cases stood at 103701.
East Godavari which is the worst-affected region in the state has a total of 62900 Corona infections followed by Kurnool and Anantapur with 46871 and 43248 infections respectively.
