Avoid AI Girlfriend, Google's Former CEO Warns

At this day and age where technology is ruling the roost in most parts of the world, the evolution of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is also peaking at the rate of knots. However, there’s also a downside to this insanely progressive technology.

Google’s former CEO Eric Schmidt had advised the modern day tech users to beware of the advancements in the AI technology and the risks that come with it.

Smith noted that the evolution of the AI technology is a good thing but there’s also the need for youth to be aware of the consequences. He says people are getting addicted to the AI chatbot mechanism and feeling that AI models are their girlfriends and boyfriends.

He says people are seeking relationships and companionship with AI chat models and this could potentially alienate the common public from human relationships. He opined that the excessive use of AI could have extreme consequences on the mindsets of the current day users as machines operate differently from human tropes.

The fact that the former CEO of Google himself is concerned about the usage of AI models for companionship and interactions is a very alarming sign. He advised the public to stay in tune with the human side of things and fully understand the dynamics of AI.
