Update: 2021-12-24 07:14 GMT
The infamous ticket prices issue in Andhra Pradesh is getting uglier day by day. As the state government is adamant on its stand on the issue, one after the other members of Tollywood are raising their voice against the issue. After Power Star Pawan Kalyan, Natural Star Nani has been vocal about the movie tickets issue.

Nani's recent comments on the issue made the star face the heat of his comments. The leaders of the ruling YSRCP in Andhra Pradesh are hitting back at the star for his comments.

Firebrand leader, Water Resources Minister Anil Kumar Yadav countered Nani's comments on the tickets issue. The Minister said that the heroes are concerned that their remuneration would be reduced with the GO and that's why they are passing such comments.

Taking a dig at Natural Star Nani, Anil Kumar Yadav said, he doesn't know who actor Nani is. I don't know who Nani is. I know only one Nani, and that is Kodali Nani.

The Minister dragged Power Star Pawan Kalyan into the issue and accused the star of making use of his craze. How much is Pawan Kalyan charging for a film? Why can't he reduce his remuneration so that the film production cost comes down? If he does so, there will not be any problems, Anil Kumar Yadav said.

How much did it cost for Vakeel Saab and Bheemla Nayak? How much does Pawan Kalyan take as remuneration? If he takes Rs 10 crore as remuneration instead of Rs 50 crore, no issue will arise. Only four people are getting benefited from the film making cost. Should we give permission for people to charge thousands of crores from people, he asked.

Backing the government's decision to reduce the movie tickets prices, Anil Kumar Yadav said the decision was taken to reduce the financial burden on people from the soaring ticket prices.

Recalling his earlier days, Anil Kumar Yadav said he too was fascinated towards films and spent a lot of money to watch films. We don't want youth to spend the hard-earned money of their parents to buy movie tickets, he added.
