AP Capital Amaravati Land Deals: Complete List!

Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu alleged YSR Congress begun a malicious campaign against TDP Government by accusing his son Nara Lokesh and Ministers have been involved in land deals of AP Capital Amaravati. He told, 'Even though we thought of banning land transactions in Amaravati after declaring it as capital, We backed off after farmers opposed the move'.

On Sunday, The TDP Supreme listed out complete details about the transactions and lands sold out in the capital region.

Since June 2nd, 2014, Altogether 20,306 transactions took place in the AP Capital region and about 9,131 acres of land was sold.

Amaravati was declared as AP's New Capital on Septeber 3rd, 2014.

Between June 2 to Sept 3, About 604 Transactions took place and 515 acres of land was sold.

Between Sept 4 to Dec 8, About 1,756 transactions took place and 1,724 acres of land was sold.

Between Dec 9th to Till Date, About 9,304 transactions took place and 6,573 acres of land was sold.

Chandrababu Naidu claimed the riverside residence of realtor Lingamaneni Ramesh belongs to State Government.
