Dr. Sudhakar Case: AP High Court Granted Two Months Time For Detailed Investigation

The Andhra Pradesh High Court which heard the much talked about Doctor Sudhakar Case made some crucial remarks. The Court said, there was a hidden conspiracy behind the case and the case has to be investigated deeply.

The Court granted two more months for investigation and issued orders to submit the final report by November 11th and the next hearing of the case was adjourned to November 16th.

Looking into the case, Dr. Sudhakar who works at Narsipatnam Government Hospital claimed that the hospital is not receiving the face masks, PPE kits. U[pon which he was suspended from his post.

Later, the cops arrested him on the grounds of creating obstacles to the police from rendering their duties. Visakhapatnam KGH doctors said Doctor Sudhakar's mental condition is not stable.

The High Court took the letter written by AP TDP state women president Vangalapudi Anitha regarding the cops handling Doctor Sudhakar as Sumoto and handed over the case to CBI. The investigation is underway.
