Banks to serve only their Customers on Day 11

For the first 10 Days of Demonetization drive, People were permitted to exchange the old currency at any bank irrespective of he/she have an account or not. On Day 11, A restricting has been imposed. On Saturday (November 19th), Banks will be at the serve of their customers only.

Of course, Senior Citizens have been exempted from this rule. They can exchange old currency at any bank they wish to!

From Tomorrow, All the Citizens could continue exchanging defunct currency notes at all the banks. Indelible ink mark is being applied on the fingers of people who exchanged the notes to avoid repetitiveness.

Finance Minister Arun Jaitley declares queues at banks have become much shorter now and there is no panic situation at all.
