Update: 2023-06-24 11:24 GMT
Tension gripped Janasena leaders and activists for the past few days as the party symbol glass tumbler became a free symbol. When the party wants to create a big impact in the upcoming elections, the party faced shock. Many said that it would be a big issue if there is no common symbol. A few satires came from the YCP leaders as well. Amid this, Election Commission told good news for Pawan Kalyan.

Yes, when the party is worried about the glass tumbler symbol, good news came to its relief. The Andhra Pradesh election commission issued orders by identifying Janasena as a registered party with a reserved symbol and a glass tumbler was dedicated to the party. This says that Janasena did not lose the glass tumbler completely.

However, this is only half the happiness of the party. The election commission continued glass tumbler for the party only for the local body elections. Glass tumbler is still on the free symbols list in the general elections.

Janasena contested the 2019 elections on the glass tumbler symbol. However, it lost the symbol, and the Election Commission of India also removed the regional party status of Janasena. With this, Janasena's glass tumbler became a free symbol.

It is known that the Election Commission recently released the list of recognized parties in 26 states across the nation. Talking about the Telugu states, YCP and TDP are recognized parties in Andhra Pradesh. In Telangana, MIM and BRS are recognised parties. YCP and TDP are also recognised parties in Telangana.

However, Janasena is not on the list. As a result, its symbol is still on the free symbols list.

However, recently Pawan Kalyan trolled Perni Nani when he showed his two chappals and said that his chappals are lost. Responding to this, YCP leaders are saying some or the other producer would buy you chappals. You lost your party symbol, first focus on that.
