BJP MLA Binay Bihari was denied entry into the legislative Assembly Today. Why is it so? Just because he was attired in shorts and vest.

Binay Bihari is representing Lauria Assembly Constituency in West Champaran district. He has come to assembly in such a attire in protest against State Government for not constructing 44.325 km road from Bettaiah to Manuappa. He also pledges to continue the same attire until the road was laid.

The BJP Legislator was denied entry on grounds of violation of etiquettes of the House. Opposition Leader Prem Kumar raised the issue in Assembly and appealed Speaker to permit Binay Bihari to enter the House. Upon holding talks with concerned officials, Speaker made it clear that any member wearing shorts and vest willn't be allowed to come into the House. Later, BJP Lawmakers joined the protest staged by Binay Bihari in the Assembly premises. They held Bihar CM Nitish Kumar responsible for the gandhigiri of MLA.
