As of now, there is a gap between TDP and BJP. Chandrababu came out of the alliance by himself in 2018. Since then no green signal is coming from the BJP for the last five years. Chandrababu Naidu changed in just one year.

Despite the alliance, Janasena is not walking with BJP. Moreover, it is said that there are groups in the party. While one group is showing interest in joining hands with TDP, the other group is reportedly showing interest to ally with YCP. A few leaders want to go alone for the polls and take the place of the regional party that would lose the 2024 polls.
However, no one knows if this happens or not. Optimistic leaders are saying that BJP would survive only with the alliance with TDP. Those leaders are reportedly picking their seats. They want to ask about the seats that were allotted to BJP in 2014 and are busy making the arrangements.
But the BJP high command has to take a call of alliance with TDP. No one knows what the party would decide. A few leaders are reportedly ready to join the TDP camp if the alliance won't happen. However, they also doubt whether they will get a ticket if they join the TDP before the elections.
Besides them, leaders who joined the BJP from TDP would also go back to the TDP fold. Pro-TDP leaders in the BJP have trust in Chandrababu Naiduâs strategies and his politics. They are confident of an alliance between the parties reportedly.
