The sensational mass suicide case of a Muslim family in Andhra Pradesh is getting bigger and bigger with each day passing with the opposition targeting the government over the incident.
As the latest development, the BJP has entered the political row. Andhra Pradesh state President for BJP Somu Veerraju reacted to the incident and made sensational statements.
He came down severely on the arrest of cops who were believed to have harrased the Muslim family and asked how come they have arrested the police on duty? Will the CM be arrested if the farmers commit suicide?".
He lashed out at Chandrababu Naidu for politicizing the mass suicide case. However, alleged that both CM Jagan and Chandrababu Naidu are aiming for the Muslim votes and expressed his anger over religious politics.
The state chief took a step ahead and even came in defence of the cops who were involved in this case and said, the cops did their job by interrogating the Muslim family and called the mass suicide unfortunate.

When the opposition TDP is busy criticizing the government, the government responded to the issues and granted an ex-gratia of Rs 25 lakh for the kin of Salam.
Looking into the incident, the victims Abdul Salaam (45), an auto driver, his wife Noorjahan (38), their daughter Salma (14), and son Dadhi Khalandar (10) ended their life by suicide.
Before ending their lives, they have recorded a video in which they have blamed the Nandyala police as a reason for their suicide.
