The fight between the TRS and BJP is never-ending. On many issues, both parties locked horns. The BJP is trying hard to foray deeper into Telangana and the ruling party in the state Telangana Rashtra Samithi is aiming to enter the big league of national politics and no wonder that both parties never miss any opportunity to target the opponent.
The historic day for Telangana September 17 saw intense celebrations planned by TRS and BJP respectively. Seeing that star leaders of BJP are coming to Hyderabad, ruling TRS erected posters that says welcome to 40 percent commission. Only CM words were highlighted in the posters.
Experts say the posters were planned to target Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai. The text on the posters was saffron color hinting at the color of the BJP. Bommai did not like the posters and hit back. He said that such posters would hinder the relations between both states.
No one would have expected that the fight between both parties would result in placing Telangana and Karnataka against each other. KCR is not leaving any opportunity to target the saffron party and he must have felt that targeting the alleged corruption would boost his political mileage to shine in national politics.
Telangana Chief Minister KCR wants to bank on the negative image of the BJP and thatâs why he is attacking the union government alleging that the saffron party is not giving its best in ruling the country and posters should be seen as part of the efforts to target the Bharatiya Janata Party.
Though there are many allegations against the Karnataka government over the corruption that contractors and others have to pay a certain amount as commission for the works. Shedding light on the alleged corruption in the BJP-ruled state, the TRS set up big posters on the eve of Telangana Vimochana dinam planned by the saffron party.
It has to be mentioned here that, earlier Telangana and Karnataka fought each other over the best city for IT and investments. Ministers locked horns with each other on social media. The issue was sorted out when IT Minister KTR called for peace between the two cities.
