Reel baddie Sonu Sood who turned hero for millions of Indians by emerging as a Real hero suffered a big shock after the civic body of Mumbai Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation(BMC) served him notice on the grounds of alleged illegal construction. This is the second such notice received by the actor involving the building.
According to the media reports, the civic body in its notice had directed the Alludu Adhurs actor Sonu Sood to restore the six-storey building to its original form of the residential building. The building which is a residential building was reportedly turned into a hotel.
The structure was in the news earlier when Sonu Sood made a failed attempt earlier this week. When he tried to restore the residential premises as a hotel, an activist moved the High Court which went to the Supreme Court as well. Later, he said he will not go further in the restoration process.
In the fresh notice issued by the BMC, the covid body reportedly asked Sonu Sood why he did not restore the hotel back to the residence form. The authorities are believed to have said that they concluded that the restoration work was not done after visiting the structure.
Having said that, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation(BMC) directed the actor-producer to finish the restoration works in seven days. We have to wait and see what the civic body will do if the restoration was not done in the given period. The notice was served on November 15 reportedly.
