Can T-BJP Leaders get relief in High Court?

It is known that the three BJP MLAs from Telangana were suspended from the budget sessions on the starting day. Unhappy with the Speaker suspending them from the Assembly house, the MLA trio had knocked on the doors of the Telangana High Court.

As a major development in the issue, the High Court had issued directives to the Registrar to issue notice to the Telangana State Legislative Assembly Secretary.

It is said that the division bench that heard the petition is not happy with the fact that the Secretary did not take the notices and asked the Commissioner of Police to make sure that the issues are served to the Secretary without any fail.

Having said that, the High Court reportedly issued directives that a report on the issue should be submitted before 4 PM today. This development made everyone look at the issue to see what happens next.

After the single judge bench said that it cannot interfere in this matter, the BJP leaders moved the bench. BJP MLAs Raghunandan Rao, Etela Rajender, and Raja Singh aka RRR had approached the court hoping that their suspension would be lifted by the court.
