Jagan Case: Fusion Foods Owner Absconding!

Update: 2019-01-18 06:19 GMT
AP CM Chandrababu Naidu found fault with NIA for taking up Jagan Attack Case though it's been done as per the directions of the High Court. And now, A Key Witness in the sensational case has been absconding. These developments are raising the suspicion that there is a huge conspiracy behind the murder attempt.

NIA has already interrogated Prime Accused J Srinivas Rao and recorded his statement. The Central Agency issued notices to Fusion Foods owner & TDP Leader Harshvardhan Chowdary asking him to appear before it after January 15th. He, however, didn't attend the questioning session and nobody knows about his whereabouts.

J Srinivas Rao used to work in Harshavardhan's eatery at the Vishakha Airport until the murder attempt happened on YS Jagan. Interrogating Harshavardhan would have fetched break-through in the case. This could why the Conspirators have been preventing interrogation from happening.

On the other hand, AP Government moved a petition in the High Court seeking stay on NIA investigation into Jagan Attack Case. Why TDP is so worried about the investigation done by NIA? Attempts have been made to ensure NIA doesn't question Harshavardhan until High Court issues a stay order.
