Car Manufacturer Announces Cooperation in Cyrus Mistry Case!

The untimely demise of former Chairman of Tata Sons Group Cyrus Mistri was all over the headlines. There are many doubts about the road mishap involving Mercedez-Benz which was carrying Cyrus Mistry and other victims. As it is a high-profile case, the investigating officers are probing the matter from various corners.

Though nothing is official, a few reports say that the vehicle was traveling at high speed and even jumped a few signals before ramming into the divider. The cops are reportedly looking into the matter. A few officials of the car manufacturing company reached the spot.

As per the latest information, the cops are sending the data chip in the car to Germany to see if the data recorded by the chip would come in hand or not. Usually, the chip gathers all the information as far as the vehicle is concerned and the report would answer many questions.

Usually, people buy high-end cars for safety concerns as they offer good safety compared to entry-level cars and mid-level cars. But the Benz car was damaged almost in the crash. Moreover, a few eyewitnesses reportedly informed the police that the car was traveling at a high speed.

Benz is one of the leading car manufacturing companies in the world and the vehicle manufactured by it getting damaged raised many questions. Once the report on the data chip arrives, the investigating officers might shoot various questions about the same to the Benz officials.

Mercedez Benz India issued a statement saying that its team is cooperating with the authorities and they are ready to give any clarifications as they respect the privacy of the customer. On the occasion, the company also condoled the death of Cyrus Mistry and Jehangir Pandole.

Going back to the sad incident, the unfortunate incident happened on the 4th of this month. While returning to Mumbai from a Parsi temple, the car lost control and rammed into a divider. It is said that gynecologist Dr. Anahita Pandole drove the vehicle. Cyrus Mistry, Dr. Anahita Pandole, her husband Darius, and Jehangir Pandole were in the car. While Mistry and Jehangir Pandole breathed their last, Anahita Pandole and Darius Pandole survived and sustained injuries.
