Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently laid the foundation stone of Andhra Pradesh's proposed capital city Amaravati in Guntur district, in a mega event for which the state government made elaborate arrangements. Now Center finalizes estimation of Amaravati construction. Union Minister HP Choudary submitted a report to Lok Sabha and as per report , the capital construction will need 27,097 Crore.Chowdary addressed media and announced the details.
He announced that Buildings development will be estimated to cost around 10,519 Crore. Basic amenities â 1536 Crores and Roads development and expansion needs 9181 Crores.The Central government had already released 1850 Crore to the state in 2014-15. Center should bear the total expense of the upcoming capital of AP as per state reorganization act.
