CBN Nice Gesture For Mecca Crane Collapse Victims

AP government came forward to resuce the family who killed in  the crane accident at the Grand Mosque in the Saudi Arabian holy city of Makkah. AP govt on Saturday paid Rs.6 lakh as compensation to the family of a couple killed in the accident.

Abdul Khader (38) and his wife Fatima Begum (32) from Machilipatnam in Krishna district were killed in the accident and  today AP CM N. Chandrababu Naidu presented cheques of Rs.3 lakh each to the two sons of the couple in Vijayawada.Their son's Muskan (6) and Khaja Mohiuddin (9) reciebed cheques from Naidu who assured them with ration card; House site and proper education.

At least 107 people died and more than 230 people were injured when a crane collapsed in the Muslim holy city of Mecca in Saudi Arabia.Eleven Indians were among over pilgrims killed in the tragedy on September 11.

Meanwhile Saudi Arabia has announced huge compensation for the family of the victims.The families of each person killed in the incident be compensated with 1 million Saudi riyals (270,000 US dollars)( Rs.1.75 crore)
