AP CM YS Jaganmohan Reddy directed CRDA Officials to serve demolition notices to the Owners of all Illegal Constructions on Krishna River bund. As a result, Former CM Chandrababu Naidu received House Demolition Notice on Friday morning. He was asked to offer his reply within a week.
Which means, TDP Chief will have to vacate his residence within a week. Or else, YCP Government would seize the property and shift all the items in house before starting the demolition drive.
In 2014, Chandrababu Naidu obtained the Lingamaneni Guest House on lease and converted it into his Official Residence. As much as Rs 100 crore was spent by the TDP Government to make all the arrangements for the security and convenience of then CM. YCP kept alleging that Lingamaneni Guest House is an illegal construction. And now, Measures have been taken to demolish it.
Losing Praja Vedika and Official Residence is a major setback for Chandrababu Naidu. A strong message has been sent by YS Jaganmohan Reddy to the politicians with such a move.
