After offering tributes to the deceased leader, Chandrababu Naidu spoke to the family members and tried to pacify them. Later, he addressed the media and spoke highly about Gautham Reddy on the occasion.
Expressing shock over the state losing a young leader in the form of Mekapati Gautham Reddy that too at a young age, Chandrababu said that it is unfortunate with what happened with the Cabinet Minister.
Showering praises on Gautham Reddy on his capabilities to hold the Cabinet Minister and his abilities and interest to bring companies for Andhra Pradesh at the recent Dubai Expo held last year, Chandrababu Naidu had termed Gautham Reddy a young leader.
"It's sad to see that someone like Gautham Reddy, who stays away from any controversies and doesn't indulge in any issues losing his life at an early age. As a result of the tragedy, we lost him. I am still unable to digest the sad news," Chandrababu Naidu said.
