Chandrababu eyes 2% of Corporates Wealth

AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has placed a request to the corporates on the eve of World Literacy Day. What is it? He wants them to donate 2 percent of their total revenue to Andhra Pradesh for transforming it into an Education & Knowledge Hub.

According to Naidu, AP stands at 30th Position in the country when it comes to literacy rate. As many as 45 lakh people in the 13 districts are illiterates.

Chandrababu Naidu made these comments at an event held in Vijayawada to mark the International Literacy Day. He felt the need to change the curriculum in schools and colleges as per the requirement of the society.

CM informs that the adult education department is working to increase the literacy rate among adults. On this occasion, He launched a website of the adult education department.
