Holding power in just 3-4 States isn't helping it's financial need in any way. By the time of 2019 Lok Sabha Polls, Congress High Command wishes to mobilize as many funds as possible.
For the first time ever, The National Party is preferring Crowd-Funding for the sake of its financial requirements. Congress Leaders might be visiting the houses in every nook and corner in the country for seeking Rs 5 or Rs 10 from each family.
A target of mobilizing Rs 500 crore from 10 Lakh Booths was set by the Congress High Command. Party Booth Committee Secretaries have been given instructions in this regard. Each Booth Committee was asked to mobilize at least Rs 5,000.
Congress Leaders might themselves contribute Rs 5,000 instead of knocking every door at the booth level. If they follow the orders of Party Leadership, They might end up spending much more than Rs 5,000.
