Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu gets into another trouble.Case has been booked agaisnt Naidu and his five cabinet ministers for making threatening and provocative statements against Telangana government. Few days before Chandrababu made a statement saying that it would be the last date of Telangana government if he was served with ACB notices.
One of the lawyer Phanindra approached court seeking direction to police to book a case against the Andhra chief minister and others. He also claimed that Naidu and other ministers made statement provoking people of Andhra Pradesh against Telangana.It is after hearing the petitioner's arguments the Court has ordered the LB Nagar Police to file an FIR against Naidu immediately.
The police booked the case under various sections of Indian Penal Code relating to sedition, promoting hatred, criminal conspiracy, intimidation and other charges.
