David Warner Becomes First Player To Register 50 fifty-plus Scores In IPL

Sunrisers Hyderabad batsman David Warner has created a rare record in Indian Premier League that he become the first player to register 50 fifty-plus scores.

Warner achieved this feat against Kings XI Punjab and he scored 52 to get to the milestone on Thursday in Abu Dhabi. This was also his 9th consecutive fifty-plus score against the Punjab team in IPL.

The SRH skipper currently has 46 fifties and 4 centuries in IPL. Warner played 132 matches in IPL out of which he scored 4933 runs. RCB skipper Virat Kohli is second on the list with 42 fifty-plus scores to his name in the IPL.

MI captain Rohit Sharma and CSK player Suresh Raina is third in the list with 39 fifties in 189 innings.
