Deputy Speaker of Telangana Legislative Assembly Padma Devender Reddy burst into tears. Padma was left teary eyed after Congress MLA DK Aruna made some alleged disparaging comments on her.
DK Aruna while speaking in assembly made some harsh comments when the deputy speaker when she tried to interrupt her. Aruna reportedly said that the house was run by people who don't have mere common sense. Padma Devendar Reddy turns emotional with the comments and she left into tears.
Irrigation Minister Harish Rao intervened in the matter demanded an apology from DK Aruna and threatened to move a resolution to suspend her from the house.
Leader of the Opposition Jana Reddy tried to establish the peace and asked both sides for the debate to continue. Reacting to Aruna comments Padam Devendar said that she was leaving the matter to the wisdom of the MLA.
However, DK Aruna stood her ground and said she did not make any comments against the deputy speaker.DK Aruna demanded that minsiter Harish Rao should apologise for making harsh comments against her and wanted that action be taken against him.
