A budding Wildlife Photographer who went to a Wildlife refuge to capture photographs of wild animals recorded rare footage. The footage became the talk of the town.

Going into detail,  58-year-old amateur Wildlife photographer Sam Davis, who hails from Maryland in the United States has captured the moment of an eel bursting out of the neck of heron which scooped it.

In a series of pictures, he captured the rare moments of the eel snake bursting out of the horen when the bird was flying.  The Photographer was surprised to know what he captured after editing the pics.

First, the photographer thought the snake might have attacked the heron. After getting to know about the rare moment he captured he is short of words to express his feelings.

The local media quoted the Wildlife refuge authorities as saying, the Snake eels have a hard tip, which helps them to dig sand. The creature might have used the same tip to burst out of the bird.

Surprisingly, the heroics of the eel snake didn't help it from saving its life. It is believed that the bird is still alive even after sustaining a big injury on its neck.
