As of now, Amazon used to be an attractive choice for employees in the country. But Tata Power took its spot. While e-commerce giant Amazon stood in second place, Tata Steel was ranked third on the list. HR agency Randstad India released the annual report in which it mentioned many interesting aspects.
Looking at the Randstad Employers Brand Research 2023, three aspects are taken as parameters to pick the most attractive company. Financial status, chances to pick up in the career, and good name. The three aspects placed Tata Power at the top place. Tata Power was ranked 9th position in the previous report. But now, it is at the top position in the latest report.
Many think that IT is the most attractive sector for employees. But the new report revealed key aspects. While 77 percent of employees picked automotive as attractive, IT..ITES..
