Erra Gangireddy Gearing Up To Surrender Before Court?

Sensational developments continue to take place in YS Vivekananda Reddy's case. Recently, the Supreme Court lifted the orders issued by the Telangana High Court on the anticipatory bail plea of Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy. The High Court will hear the petition after the summer vacation.

Earlier, the High Court canceled the bail of Erra Gangireddy the accused in the case. After canceling the bail, the court said that he should surrender before May 5 and if he fails to do so the cops can arrest him. There is only one day left for the deadlines imposed by the court.

All eyes are now on Earra Gangireddy to know what he would do. On the other hand, the investigating agency CBI is also observing things. The officers are said to b thinking how about to move forward if Gangireddy won't surrender as directed by the court.

Amid this, it is said that Erra Gangireddy is all set to surrender before the CBI court. He is reportedly discussing the same with his lawyers to take their opinion on how to move forward. After taking their opinion Gangireddy would decide his next move.

Media reports say that there are high chances for Erra Gangireddy to surrender before the CBI court. If he has to challenge this, then he has to move the Supreme Court and the court should hear the petition on an urgent basis. Many cases are already pending with the Apex Court and the court would not consider this as an urgent case.

Earlier, the High Court of Telangana said that Erra Gangiteddy can be arrested if he doesn't surrender before the deadline. So the CBI can arrest him if he fails to surrender himself before the special CBI court.
