The ruling outfit in Andhra Pradesh YSRCP was grief-stricken by losing a young and prominent leader in the form of Minister for Industries, Commerce, and Information Technology for Andhra Pradesh Mekapati Goutham Reddy. It is shocking that he barely crossed 50 and is no more now.
Irrespective of the political parties, the members of the political fraternity across the Telugu states are condoling his sudden death. The serving Vice President of India Muppavarapu Venkaiah Naidu also condoled his death. Knowing the news, a few politicians reached the Apollo Hospital and expressed their grief at his demise.
Following the procedure, the required arrangements to shift the mortal remains of Mekapati Gautham Reddy to his native place from Hyderabad have begun and his body is expected to reach Nellore city by today evening.
According to the information, his last rites are likely to be held on Wednesday. Gautham Reddy's son is currently in America and the formalities will be started once he reaches his residence.

Recalling the sad incident, Mekapati Gautahm Reddy was about to go to a gym as per his daily routine. While leaving, he reportedly complained of chest pain. Reacting swiftly, his family members took him to Jubilee Hills Apollo Hospital. Sadly, he could not make it and breathed his last. The hospital issued a press note on the same.
