ISIS Chief Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi admits defeat in Iraq while delivering his farewell speech.
In a statement titled 'Farewell Speech' that's been distributed to preachers and clerics of the Terrorist Organization on Tuesday, Baghdadi ordered non-Arab fighters to go back to their respective countries or detonate themselves by promising them 72 women in heaven.
