Jagan Met With 15th Finance Commission Chairman NK Singh

AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy has met 15 Finance Commission Chairman NK Singh and expressed his concerns over the current situations of the state. He requested Mr. Singh to help the state wholeheartedly as the state has faced severe loss with the bifurcation of the state.

Jagan added that with the division of the state, there is no growth in Industrial and service sectors and the state was left with no capital.

The CM also expressed his concerns over the pending of the implementation of the guarantees given by the Centre. He has requested Singh to help the state as they are implementing many innovative programs for the wellbeing of the state.

The government requested the Finance Commission to make recommendations that help the states largely. Concerned officers have given a presentation about the state's social, economic, agricultural, industrial, service, health, educational and infrastructure sectors to give them a comprehensive overview.

On this occasion, CM YS Jagan has recommended to set up a new body at the Center for the implementation of bifurcation guarantees.
