Tamilnadu former CM J Jayalalithaa who has been sentenced to four years in jail for corruption had slammed by CBI court again. In a case related to her foster son's marriage expenditure , CBI court expressed its dissatisfaction over Jaya claims.
While analyzing the case the court here stated that Jaya had lied about her assets and expenses and that she had spent Rs 3 crores in her foster son's marriage. Its opposed Jaya Lawyer's argument. During its arguments Jaya lawyer said that the amount was billed to the bride's family. But court accused Jaya, Sasikala and her foster son Sudhakaran on their false claims related to 53 crores disproportionate case. Its concluded that the convicted persons not shown any proofs related to these earnings. Adding to this court said that Jayalalitha had borne the expenses of the guests who were put up at five-star hotels.
Court declared the evidences are clearly proving Jayalalitha role in these false claims. It discloed the VVIP who testified that the five star hotels that they were put up in were paid by Jayalalitha. CBI court dubbed Jaya lawyer's claims showing witnesses information.
