Jeeyar cutouts with TRS MLAs pic: Is he trying to bring KCR, Jeeyar closer?

Update: 2022-04-25 04:26 GMT
What's behind the sudden sprouting of the cutouts of Tridandi Ramanuja Chinna Jeeyar Swamy in Kukatpally? The seer's cutouts appeared in the vicinity of Sri Venkateswara temple in Kukatpally. What is interesting is that the images of local TRS MLA Madhavaram Krishna Rao are also seen along with the seer.

The KCR-Jeeyar spat is now out in the open. KCR, who was a firm backer of Jeeyar Swamy, is estranged over the inauguration of the Samata Murthy statue in Swamy's Muchintal Ashramam. The KCR was livid that the seer praised PM Narendra Modi to skies at a time when KCR's relations with Modi soured. Not just that, the seer failed to include KCR's name in the Samata Murty commemoration plaque.

This has irked KCR so much that he not only skipped the Muchintal programme, but also did not invite the Jeeyar to the Yadadri re- consecration programme. It is an open secret that Jeeyar played a key role in the renovation of the Yadadri temple. But, KCR chose to keep him out of the guest.

Since then, there are cold vibes between the two. While KCR remained tight-lipped, Jeeyar had indicated that all was not well between them in a very indirect manner.  From then on, no TRS leader attended any programme in Muchintal and Jeeyar has literally become a persona non grata.

Given this situation, the image of Jeeyar and Madhavaram appearing together has created flutters in the TRS party in particular and the political circles in general. Did Madhavaram have TRS top brass's nod for this? Or is it part of the attempts to bring KCR and Jeeyar together once again? Is Madhavaram doing this on his own?

There are no immediate answers. But, the political circles are agog with the buzz that KCR wants Jeeyar on side to make friends with Modi again. There are rumours that KCR has been making attempts to open a channel with Amit Shah through a senior RSS functionary. Will Jeeyar be useful in bringing him closer to the RSS?
